Welcome to the first post in a series of Thrifty Thursday.
These days we all like to be frugal and less wasteful so in this series I plan to share with you how I do this.
We are starting with using up every bit of my paper packs and here I will show you one of the techniques I use to do that.
Let’s be frugal…..
I used 2 1/2″ x 2 1/2″ squares in this particular layout however you could use 2″ x 2″ or another measurement that works for you.
Here I used 9 squares and placed them down in a diamond shape.
Sometimes when there’s not much B&T paper left, I will use card stock as well.
To add a tone on tone effect to the card stock I will also random stamp an image on the square.
This idea can be used in endless ways as you are not limited to creating a diamond. You can re-arrange the squares in any shape that would suit.

Thanks so much for dropping by to check out my latest project and I hope you enjoyed seeing this.
I’d love to hear what Thrifty Thursday ideas you have for using up your paper packs, so feel free to leave me a comment.
