This stamp is already so popular with fellow Close To My Heart consultants.
So many wonderful and creative projects are being made using this stamp set and it’s only a few days into April.
I found it pairs so well with the current mix-in papers and also all our card stock.
When asked by a customer to create a male card for a young child, I was like woohoo….
and after thinking about it and I thought most young children love to look at fish tanks, so I decided that I would use this stamp set as it would fit perfectly.
My Process…
To create the “fish tank” look, I used our Shaker Window and Confetti Thin Cuts and I added silver loose sequins for the shaker.
I used 2 pieces of the mix-in paper here and I cut the striped piece at 2″ x 5 1/2″ and the other piece I cut at 2 1/4″ x 5 1/2″.
Using a precut and pre scored card base, I adhered it down with an adhesive tape runner.
I stamped the images I wanted to use and fussy cut them all out. Then coloured them in using the Spectrum Noir TriBlend™ Markers.
After arranging them on the card, I adhered the card using a glue pen and some were popped up using 3-D foam tape.
