How I use Spectrum Noir TriBlend™ Markers

Today, I am talking about our Spectrum Noir TriBlend™ Markers.

I love these markers and what makes them so good is that in one marker, you get three different shades of the same colour.

They blend so well…

There is a light nib, medium nib and a dark nib and they blend so nicely too.

It took me a little while to get the hang of blending but after reading the instructions that comes with every marker, I feel I am now getting the hang of it.

To Boot….

The markers can also be used as just straight colours too.

In the above picture, I have coloured the lid of the present using the Dark Red Blend.

Using the dark end and the light end and I have created a different effect using one marker.

These markers are an alcohol based ink, making it great for colouring and giving you that bright vibrant colour however please bear in mind that they do bleed through to the other side of your card stock.

Expect More!!

I use them to colour in my stamped images but they also have others uses too.

You can use them to colour over the wooden pieces that Close To My Heart has introduced.

The one on the right is the uncoloured button and the one on the left is coloured using the Purple Blend marker.

It just changes the effect of the embellishment that you are adding to your page or card. You can colour them to blend into your page as well.

There are 24 colours in the set and I have almost completed mine. You will want them all too once you have tried them, Trust me, they are addictive 😉

You can also buy a colourless blender and a true black. These both are double ended with a bullet tip at one end and chisel tip on the other.

Check out my video here or on YouTube as I show you how to use them. (Be sure to hit Subscribe while you’re over there to see future videos)

I hope you have enjoyed learning a little more about these wonderful Spectrum Noir TriBlend™ markers.

I’d love to hear if you have used these markers as well, so feel free to leave me a comment.
