Today I am talking about the Stitched Together Scrapbook kit from Close To My Heart.
The background and texture (B&T) paper is so bright and colourful and this kit comes with almost everything you need to complete 3 double page layouts.
In these kits there are additional materials listed on the instructions and I usually have these in my stash.
After cutting all the triangles, I sorted out the ones I needed to complete project 1 and as you can see these pages look like a quilted blanket.
The optional technique that I used on this page was to colour the wooden buttons with our Spectrum Noir TriBlend Markers.
When I moved onto project 2. I found this a lot quicker to put together as the triangles were bigger than in project 1.
In all the projects I haven’t stuck the stickers fully down yet as some of them overlapped where I need to place a photo.
So I used the shiny leftover parts of the sticker sheet and added it onto the sticker that overlapped. I can easily remove it once I have added my photos.
Project 3 just screams “Friendships”. When putting it together, I just kept thinking, I need to add my Close To My Heart friends to these pages.
Especially the really funny ones we took when we all found the filters on the Facebook messenger app while scrapbooking virtually.
My favourite filter was the pizza, see, funny hey?
Now they are completed, I will add my photos and get them into My Legacy™ D-ring Album. They come in a array of colours. One of my favourites it the teal colour.
Here is my video showing what comes in the kit!
Thanks so much for dropping by to check out my latest project and I hope you enjoyed seeing this scrapbook kit Stitched Together.
